The weight of the racket determines how fast you could swing
your rackets. The lighter your racket is, the faster you could swing your
racket, but lighter racket is not always the best. Although heavier rackets
swing slow, they have a very good stability and power. Lighter rackets need
more strength to control the shuttlecock while heavier rackets need less
strength.
